Junior Software Support Consultant

Summary

Join Uni Systems as a Junior Software Support Consultant to provide continuous support to clients on the proper use of specific software and work in close cooperation with other consultants and the development team.

Requirements

• A University/College degree in Computer Science, Finance or Business Administration
• 0-3 years of experience in client support for software solutions
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify problems, troubleshoot, and provide effective solutions
• Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users and explain complex payroll issues in simple terms
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when working with sensitive payroll data
• Collaboration: Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate across teams
• Training and Support: Experience in providing training to users and preparing instructional materials
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and stay updated on changes in payroll laws and software updates
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal)
• Availability/flexibility for travelling in Greece

Responsibilities

• Document the clients’ requirements in a comprehensive way, in order to provide solution that fulfills their needs
• Provide technical support to clients by resolving payroll software issues and troubleshooting errors
• Conduct software testing
• Communicate with clients over phone, emails or personal meetings
• Deliver user training and develop support materials to enhance user understanding and system efficiency
• Conduct and facilitate seminars and workshops based on clients’ needs
• Adapt to new software updates and changes in payroll legislation, implementing them as necessary
• Create technical documentation on project’s deliverables
