Junior Systems Administrator

Summary

Join Gambling.com Group, a leading online gambling affiliate, as an IT Junior Systems Administrator and contribute to maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing computer systems, user administration, and providing technical support to over 500 employees across multiple international locations. This role requires strong knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems, networking, and cloud technologies, as well as experience with scripting and automation tools. Requirements

• 1-2 years of system administration experience
• Working knowledge of Office 365, SSO, Azure AD, Intune, Kandji
• Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
• Experience with scripting and automation tools

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, including laptops and mobile devices
• User administration for a workforce of over 500 users in multiple international locations
• Physical installation and support of IT assets for all locations
• Management of incoming requests and issues via a helpdesk ticketing system
• Install and upgrade computer components and software, and integrate automation processes
• Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
• Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure
• Stay up to date on the latest IT trends and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

System administration and IT certifications in Linux, Microsoft, Linux or other network related fields are a plus
