Summary
Join DeepHealth's Service & Installation team as a Junior Systems Engineer and play a vital role in deploying cutting-edge AI healthcare solutions. You will ensure seamless implementation and configuration of DeepHealth's AI software for medical imaging, integrating it smoothly with existing IT infrastructure. Provide expert technical support to customers, troubleshooting issues and offering guidance. Collaborate with the team to improve internal workflows and enhance customer experience. This position requires adaptability and occasional on-call support outside regular hours. The role involves preparing, performing, and maintaining customer installations, gathering customer requirements, and monitoring existing installations. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's workflows.
Requirements
- Degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Networking, and Security
- Hands on experience with Linux shell and shell scripting, Linux tool chain installation, upgrade and maintenance
- Excellent verbal and written English communications skills
- Self-starting: ability to manage time and priorities
- Pro-active: eager to resolve issues and propose and implement improvements
- Attention to detail; working with high levels of accuracy
- Ability to manage customer relations in a complex environment
- Experience in communicating with technical and non-technical staff to resolve issues
Responsibilities
- Prepare, perform, and maintain customer installations of our advanced AI medical imaging software, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure
- Gather customer requirements and installation environment details for smooth, efficient deployments
- Monitor existing installations and respond to issues as necessary
- Provide expert technical support to customers and partners, troubleshooting and resolving incidents
- Follow existing SOPs and improve upon them as needed
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the Delivery and Implementation team's workflows, aiming to streamline processes and enhance customer experience
- Be adaptable and available to support customers outside of regular working hours (on-call rotation may be required)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with bash or python scripting
- Experience managing Docker based deployments
- Experience with medical environments or imaging (particularly DICOM, PACS)
- Experience with Python, software development, DevOps methodologies
- Experience with cloud and on-premises deployments
- Experience writing software tests
