Requirements

• 1-3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition or similar role
• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Management
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
• Ability to plan and execute
• Good organisational skills
• English language proficiency
• Genuinely caring and creative person
• Strong motivation for development and learning

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates
• Manage job advertisements and job development related to recruitment
• Manage the end-to-end recruiting processes and local recruiting strategies
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies
• Develop and improve our culture
• Support in operational HR activities and on-boarding tasks
• Support the craftable employee experience throughout its rollout
• Assist candidates/employees with relocation and onboarding via HR support
• Attend and/or organize networking and employer branding events/conferences in key recruitment regions when relevant
• Provide administrative support
