Junior Talent Acquisition Manager

Summary

Join AUTO1 Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager and be responsible for talent management and development, shaping organizational culture, and enhancing the effectiveness of the People Department. You will manage end-to-end recruiting across various departments, conduct interviews, and coordinate candidate schedules. This role requires passion for HR, recruiting experience (ideally international), excellent German and English language skills, and a structured work style. Requirements

• Passion for human resources and practical experience in recruiting, ideally in an international company
• Excellent language skills in German and English (at least level C1)
• Enjoyment of a dynamic corporate culture and a high degree of independence and personal responsibility
• A structured way of working and the talent to inspire people

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the end-to-end recruiting for our diverse specialist areas and enable a fast & personal candidate experience
• Independently conduct interviews and find the best talents for our Retail Department with us
• Take responsibility in applicant management and coordinate appointments between internal interlocutors and our candidates
• Position yourself as a sparring partner for our specialist areas through your professional approach
• Proactively contribute your ideas and accompany projects that combine entrepreneurial goals and recruiting trends

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology or a similar field
