Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT recruitment
- Fluent in both English and Bulgarian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech-savvy in a variety of digital tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Canva for visual content creation, and ChatGPT for enhanced productivity and communication
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Committed to continuous growth and learning, with a strong desire to build and advance a long-term career in recruitment
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent
- Gain a solid understanding of the company’s tech stack to better assess candidate fit and communicate effectively with hiring managers
- Understand how the business works and what impact that has on the recruitment process
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with the hiring managers in the company
- Represent the company at job fairs, tech conferences, and recruitment events to attract potential candidates
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness as an employer of choice
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment technologies including AI tools
