Requirements
- Have a degree in Human Resources, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field
- Have 1β3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to tech or digital roles
- Have strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn
- Have experience in managing stakeholders and building strong internal relationships
- Have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with excellent communication skills
- Are fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to contract signature
- Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
- Source and engage talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and others
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs
- Represent and promote Xentral as an attractive employer across all candidate touchpoints
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent
