Requirements

• Have a degree in Human Resources, (Business) Psychology, Business Administration or a similar field
• Have 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, ideally with exposure to tech or digital roles
• Have strong sourcing skills and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn
• Have experience in managing stakeholders and building strong internal relationships
• Have a proactive and structured approach to your work, with excellent communication skills
• Are fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from intake to contract signature
• Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
• Source and engage talent using platforms such as LinkedIn and others
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs
• Represent and promote Xentral as an attractive employer across all candidate touchpoints
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent
