Requirements

  • 2 years’ professional experience in a similar product role
  • Strong technical proficiency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven experience in all phases of product development
  • Knowledge of APIs, UI/UX, product positioning, SaaS business models
  • Working experience with product management tools (Clickup, Jira, or similar) and processes (scrum, roadmapping, and similar)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the product roadmap: write user stories, work with the engineering and commercial teams on task priority and requirements gathering, develop documentation, and maintain project management tools, tickets, and sprint schedules
  • Guide product marketing: collect user feedback, conduct market research, and coordinate with the digital marketing and sales teams to communicate product development
  • Measure and analyze product performance: collect and analyze data, track KPIs, and build dashboards
  • Grow and maintain knowledge of the travel industry and awareness of technology trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiar with the structural and technical constraints of front-end (ReactJS) and back-end development and how to accommodate these constraints in product designs
  • Experience communicating with and engaging a variety of audiences
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
