Summary

Join Too Good To Go, a leading app combating food waste, as a Key Account Manager Team Lead in France. Lead and mentor a team of 7, managing top food industry accounts. Develop innovative strategies to maximize store coverage and supply, guiding partners toward zero-waste practices. Build and manage account pipelines, create compelling presentations, and support large-scale store rollouts. Develop communication strategies and contribute to the overall French Key Account strategy. This role requires strong leadership, account management, and communication skills, along with a passion for sustainability.

Requirements

  • You are experienced in Key Account Management or Commercial leading team
  • You’re creative, always full of ideas to implement new things

  • You are highly organised, continuously documenting and improving processes that meet business needs
  • You have hands-on experience with sales technology and tools (the knowledge of Salesforce will be a plus!)

Responsibilities

  • Team leadership : ensure the team have the right tools and are in the best possible conditions to succeed through coaching, training & giving continuous feedback. You set the goals and objectives and are accountable for their overall performance
  • Account Management : ensuring the partnership is strong and delivering innovative strategies to grow (acquisition and optimisation). The focus should be on maximising our store coverage and overall supply, and guiding them on a zero waste approach. You capitalise on our innovations and novelties to keep our partners attracted by our solutions
  • Mapping & forecasting : Build and manage a robust franchised store and account pipeline and manage the growth of your business unit
  • Pitching : create and deliver high quality, professional presentations to your partners, and confidently speak about the business and food waste proposition
  • Supporting rollouts : working with the team and the key accounts to plan, schedule and execute store rollouts and re-trainings at scale
  • Marketing : Develop and coordinate a specific communication strategy based on the account needs in collaboration with our marketing department
  • Contributing to the French Key Account strategy and supporting collaboration at global level for your accounts
