Oversee end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution, and stay informed on e-commerce trends to strategize growth-driving campaigns. Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive impactful results
- Deep understanding of Malaysia’s eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging mid-to-senior-level stakeholders
- Proactively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance merchant relationships
- Ability to think creatively and strategically in merchant acquisition and management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel
- A problem-solver with a passion for delivering innovative solutions
- Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is essential
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals
- Develop and present exposure packages to partners to maximize their business potential
- Oversee and manage end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution
- Stay informed about e-commerce consumer trends and strategize campaigns to drive business growth
- Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue
- Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve business success metrics within set timelines
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in eCommerce is a plus
