Summary

Analyze market trends to uncover growth opportunities and build strong, long-term relationships with partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals, developing and presenting exposure packages to maximize partner potential. Oversee end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution, and stay informed on e-commerce trends to strategize growth-driving campaigns. Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to drive impactful results
  • Deep understanding of Malaysia’s eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging mid-to-senior-level stakeholders
  • Proactively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance merchant relationships
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically in merchant acquisition and management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights
  • Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel
  • A problem-solver with a passion for delivering innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is essential

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard key merchant partners to align with the company’s strategic objectives
  • Analyze internal and external market trends to uncover opportunities for business growth
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals
  • Develop and present exposure packages to partners to maximize their business potential
  • Oversee and manage end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution
  • Stay informed about e-commerce consumer trends and strategize campaigns to drive business growth
  • Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue
  • Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve business success metrics within set timelines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in eCommerce is a plus
