Key Account Manager

Summary

Join Viscount Reuse, a dynamic and growing company dedicated to sustainability, as a Key Account Manager. This role focuses on managing, developing, and growing major Key Accounts in the Fresh Produce, Distributors, and other FMCG industries within Queensland. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing Key Accounts within the company's pooling and manufacturing business, identifying business development opportunities, managing budgets and forecasts, and reviewing and establishing strategic pricing. This position requires frequent travel to key growing areas in Queensland, initially transitioning to quarterly visits to each region.

Requirements

• Experience in a supply chain, packaging, or produce environment
• Strong communication skills to engage with all levels of stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, build relationships, influence, and navigate conflicts
• Project management skills, including risk management, forecasting, and team coordination
• Strong research and strategic analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce software
• Understanding of the circular economy and commitment to sustainability

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop Key Accounts within our pooling and manufacturing business
• Identify business development opportunities within Key Accounts
• Manage budget, forecast, and financial performance of Key Accounts
• Review and establish strategic positioning of selling price, structure, and gross contribution
• Manage Rise and Fall pricing when necessary
• Support the implementation of new products
• Frequent travel to key growing areas such as Gatton, Bundaberg, Stanthorpe, Townsville, Toowoomba, among other areas are required initially, this will transition to quarterly visits to each region ongoing
