Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partnerships, ideally in a B2C or subscription-based online environment
- Demonstrated success in growing key accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for relationship-building
- Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into actionable strategies
- Confidence in influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Fluent English communication skills—written and verbal; other languages are a plus
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with platform representatives and key stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, delivering a seamless, value-driven partnership experience
- Identify and pursue new opportunities within existing accounts to increase revenue
- Leverage data and insights to shape account strategies and optimize performance
- Prepare and present regular performance reviews and tailored growth roadmaps
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, data, and customer success teams to ensure an integrated partner experience
- Anticipate client needs and deliver proactive solutions to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover new value propositions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the HR Tech industry
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Power BI
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of subscription models and user engagement metrics
- Background in a startup or fast-growing tech company
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
