  • Proficiency with content management systems and knowledge base tools
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic about starting a career in software and product development

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with various product squads to gather information on new features and updates
  • Write, edit, and maintain comprehensive articles and documentation for the knowledge base
  • Ensure that existing articles are regularly reviewed, updated, and remain accurate
  • Assist in organizing and categorizing knowledge base content for ease of use
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand complex features and translate them into user-friendly content
  • Monitor feedback and usage metrics to continually improve the quality and relevance of the knowledge base
  • Participate in regular meetings with product squads to stay informed about upcoming changes and updates

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with writing or creating documentation for software products
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
