Requirements

• 5+ years of KYC or vendor management experience from Finance or Technology industry; Crypto experience preferred
• Familiarity with contract management and vendor evaluation process
• Result-driven. Strong ability in analyzing data to derive insights and make decisions
• Excellent communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
• Good time management and coordination skills to manage multiple projects
• Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work in a fast-paced remote working environment
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must

Responsibilities

• Manage the existing portfolio of KYC and KYB vendors
• Evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion
• Develop and coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement strategies
• Drive contract extension / new vendor on-boarding
• Evaluate vendor performance data by tracking key metrics and service level agreements (SLAs)
• Contribute to identifying and mitigating risks associated with vendor relationships
• Handle monthly billing, forecasting, and usage tracking
• Conduct market analysis to identify and select new vendors
