Responsibilities

• Manage resources across product teams to ensure optimal productivity, and timely delivery of products
• Develop and implement best practices and tooling for product development and project management, from ideation to deployment
• Act as the liaison between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales, ensuring all departments are aligned using transparency and effective rhythm of business
• Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators to gauge product success and operational efficiency
• Oversee budget planning and management for all product-related operational costs
• Manage third-party service providers to ensure they meet quality and delivery expectations
