Join our team as the LATAM Region & HR Manager, a key strategic leadership role driving regional operations and HR initiatives across Latin America. As a critical member of the regional leadership team, you'll shape and execute strategies for business success while ensuring exceptional people management. The role requires a dynamic leader with experience in multiple LATAM markets and a deep understanding of local labor laws. This is a remote work-from-home position with potential travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience working in multiple LATAM markets, with deep understanding of local labor laws and regulations
- Track record of successfully managing regional operations and implementing HR initiatives across multiple countries
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools
- Previous experience reporting to C-level executives
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong understanding of LATAM business culture and regional differences
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Advanced knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders
- Experience with change management and organizational development
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and team management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all HR operations across the LATAM region, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, including partnering with Talent Acquisition department
- Act as a business partner to Operations for regional business operations, ensuring alignment with global strategies while adapting to local market needs
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local labor laws across LATAM countries
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors
- Partner with Engagement Team on regional employee engagement initiatives and cultural programs
- Monitor and optimize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-based decision making
- Manage and develop the regional HR team, providing leadership and professional development opportunities
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred
- Portuguese highly desired
