Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience, medical device preferred
- Experience and comfort selling in a clinical setting
- Ability to develop expertise and demonstrate credibility quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to project manage customers through a specified launch SOP
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects/accounts simultaneously
- Ability to effectively utilize a CRM to manage and track progress against strategic priorities
- Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record
- Ability to travel 75% of the time
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the Galaxy program launch, including launch planning project management of both the customer and Noah team members
- Introduce and support physicians and staff through the Galaxy Pathway to Proficiency
- Execute in-service training, dry run sessions, case support, KPI collection and clinical reviews during new account and customer launches
- Ensure post-launch handoff to local Clinical Sales Representatives (CSRs)
- Execute onsite activities and tasks in line with the launch SOP, task list and timeline
- Provide product expertise, technical support and troubleshooting during Galaxy procedures
- Provide consistent coaching and feedback in line with the Galaxy Pathway to Proficiency
- Collaborate with Clinical Sales Representatives to deliver an excellent customer onboarding experience
- Lead customer facing post contract launch planning efforts in order to ensure launch readiness
- Participate in daily procedure debriefs and weekly clinical reviews to support progress through the Pathway to Proficiency; share key insights as informed by collected KPIs
- Assist in the planning and execution of mock procedures, simulating real-world scenarios for training purposes
- Work closely with capital and clinical sales teams to ensure launch readiness and success as outlined by the SOP
- Collaborate with Galaxy Program Manager to ensure account growth plans and success metrics are aligned on prior to program launch
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless implementation, troubleshooting, and customer satisfaction
- Capture and share customer feedback with product and engineering teams
- Hire, train and develop team members
- Responsible for the oversight, management and execution of Launch Specialist(s)
- Educate Launch and Clinical team members on experience based best practices
- Support the development of new tools, resources and processes as it relates to developing an excellent customer on boarding experience
- Track and report on key performance metrics
- Provide regular updates to senior management, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for growth
