Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience working at high growth/start-up organizations with multiple verticals in project management, product management, consulting or a related role
- Have experience working with/launching physical products in an e-commerce environment
- Have 1-2 years experience working with Asana or Jira and Notion
- Have a proven track record of successfully getting multiple projects over the finish line and on-time in a complex, distributed environment
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence across all levels of the organization
- Possess an analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making
- Be authorized to work in the country this requisition states
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive launch roadmaps, including timelines, milestones and key deliverables to execute smooth, successful product launches
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure project readiness and managing dependencies
- Facilitate visibility and alignment by understanding the scope, requirements, and impacts of each cross-functional team participating in a product launch
- Equip all teams with the most relevant and up-to-date information to keep projects moving forward, communicating any potential roadblocks
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks by monitoring and reporting on launch progress
- Develop KPIs and metrics to measure launch effectiveness and drive data-driven improvements
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by conducting post-launch reviews and implementing lessons learned
