Summary
Join Grupo QuintoAndar, Latin America's leading real estate tech company, as a Senior Specialist in Career & Development! Lead key initiatives empowering individuals and teams. Design and implement scalable career development programs, improve development tools, and create career resources. Partner with internal teams to embed development initiatives into talent routines. Manage multiple development projects, analyze program effectiveness, and bring innovative perspectives. Requirements
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in career development practices, frameworks or tools
- Strong track record in program/project management, capable of driving complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery
- Strategic thinker with hands-on attitude: capable of connecting development initiatives with business priorities while ensuring tactical excellence
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical skills to evaluate program effectiveness and continuously iterate based on insights
- English languages skills
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage career development programs such as mentoring and buddy programs, internship development initiatives, among others, ensuring they are scalable, measurable, and aligned with both employee needs and business priorities
- Design and continuously improve development tools, such as feedback and IDPs (Individual Development Plans), including frameworks, templates, and resources to guide individual growth and support high-quality development conversations across the organization
- Create and maintain career tools and guides, helping employees and leaders navigate internal mobility, career transitions, and growth paths
- Act as a strategic partner to People Business Partners, Talent, and Performance teams, ensuring development initiatives are embedded in talent routines
- Own projects end-to-end as a program manager, leading multiple development initiatives simultaneously β from research and design to rollout, communications, stakeholder engagement, and impact measurement
- Continuously monitor, analyze, and improve programs based on data, business feedback, and market trends, bringing fresh perspectives and innovation to our development strategy
