Requirements

  • Over 10 years' experience in an advertising agency or consultancy
  • Proven track record in creating compelling copy that achieves business goals
  • Ability to plan and strategize high-profile projects with a persuasive and confident creative approach
  • Excellent communication skills and effective team management capabilities
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management skills
  • Driven by curiosity, creativity, and ambition
  • Familiarity with creative processes and techniques, including both traditional and digital media
  • Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, adaptable environment
  • Adheres to internal processes and brand guidelines
  • Confident in presenting and communicating clearly to teams and clients
  • Experience leading creative teams and projects across different geographies
  • Expertise in SEO and UX copywriting
  • Understanding of listening dashboards and query analysis
  • Strong B2B and technical knowledge
  • Appreciation of technology industry insights
  • Desire to explore new technologies and continuously learn
  • Ability to embrace change and adapt to new tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Campaign creative concept, naming, taglines; master copy deck
  • Development of copy for all possible assets (mostly new product innovation copy, web, organic, print media and online media)
  • Creative activations
  • Scripts for campaign contents and films
  • Editorial and TOV guidelines
  • E-mail and other text-based communications to partners, employees, customers
  • Care and ownership of the brand tone of voice and style
  • Presentations: Storytelling and content concepts
  • Discussion of ideas with stakeholders
  • Foster a healthy partner relationship with the client
  • Content Development: Create persuasive and engaging copy for various platforms, including digital, print, and video
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all content consistently reflects the brand voice across various channels
  • Collaboration: Partner with design and project teams to develop cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Project Management: Lead the copy development process, managing timelines and revisions to meet deadlines
  • Quality Control: Review content for accuracy and clarity, ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and incorporate feedback into content creation
  • Transcreation and Translation: Oversee content adaptation for different markets, ensuring relevance and accuracy
  • Mentorship: Support copywriters, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment

Benefits

  • At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $105,000.00 to $115,000.00
