Lead Developer

Summary

Join our team as a MuleSoft Lead Developer and lead the design and development of scalable and reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations. Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather integration requirements. Define and enforce MuleSoft development best practices and coding standards. Manage the full API lifecycle, from design and development to deployment, monitoring, and versioning. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues and performance bottlenecks. Guide and mentor a team of MuleSoft developers, conducting code reviews and technical training. Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data privacy standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in integration development, with at least 3 years in MuleSoft
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, RAML, JSON, XML, and SOAP
• Experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, and DataWeave
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins, and DevOps practices
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• MuleSoft Certified Developer (Level 1 or 2) and/or MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect preferred
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
