Summary

Join Ventura and lead the charge into new markets, making a real impact on our growth journey. This key leadership role involves working closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that reach new audiences. You will lead the launch and growth of Ventura in new markets, adapt and implement marketing campaigns, take ownership of major goals, and contribute to smaller tasks as needed. Leverage your knowledge of group travel customers and buying behavior, quickly learn new tools and systems, and adapt your work style to Ventura's fast-paced environment. Ensure all actions drive results and real growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the group travel industry, adaptability, clear communication, independent work experience, and a proactive mindset.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the group travel industry in your region
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes
  • Clear, direct communication style
  • Experience working independently and owning outcomes

  • Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in new source markets
  • Work side by side with marketing to adapt and implement campaigns that work
  • Take ownership of big goals — but also help with small tasks when needed
  • Bring in your knowledge of group travel customers and buying behavior
  • Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.)
  • Adapt your way of working to match how Ventura operates: fast, lean, direct
  • Make sure everything you do drives results and real growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with marketing campaigns and tools like HubSpot
  • Experience launching or growing a business in a new market
