Lead Development Representative

Summary

Join Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX) as a Lead Development Representative (LDR) for a remote contract role (January 9, 2025 – October 31, 2025). You will manage lead generation campaigns, introducing GHX's exchange services to suppliers and encouraging automation of their order-to-cash processes. Responsibilities include researching and identifying target contacts, engaging in prospecting and appointment setting, maintaining accurate lead information in CRM, and providing weekly reporting. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and lead development experience are required. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience
• Experience in lead development & prospecting net new opportunities

Responsibilities

• Using pre-determined groups of account prospects, research & identify good target contacts and generate leads using phone, email, or social media
• Research leads for a defined list of manufacturers using primarily InsideView and LinkedIn
• Engage in prospecting and appointment setting as needed
• Maintain accurate lead call activity and contact information in CRM
• Proactively solve ways to increase efficiencies in lead to opportunity processes
• Complete lead generation campaigns with initiative, creativity, and collaboration
• Provide weekly reporting to the sales organization on the volume of leads qualified, routed, and converted

Preferred Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales prospecting and lead development experience
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Proficiency with building LinkedIn network
• Outlook email experience
• Campaign messaging experience
