Summary
Join BEMS Ventures, a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in homeware and dinnerware, as their new Amazon eCommerce Designer! Based near Hamburg, Germany, this full-time role offers flexible hours with a required 9-12 a.m. CET overlap. You will design eye-catching Amazon product images and A+ content, build branded Amazon Stores, and analyze performance data to optimize listings. The ideal candidate possesses 2+ years of Amazon-focused e-commerce design experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma, and 3D rendering/modeling skills. A portfolio showcasing Amazon listings and A+ content is required. This is a remote, full-time position for independent contractors only.
Requirements
- 2+ years of design experience in Amazon-focused e-commerce
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator) and/or Figma
- Mandatory skill: 3D rendering/modeling
- Strong understanding of Amazon’s image policies, A+ Content specs, and Brand Store structure
- Experience creating visual assets that drive clicks and conversions in competitive categories
- Ability to manage multiple ASINs and projects simultaneously
- Portfolio showcasing Amazon listings and A+ Content work (required)
- A growth mindset — constantly learning from competitors, best practices, and external resources
Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching Amazon product images (main images, lifestyle shots, infographics) that follow Amazon’s guidelines
- Create A+ Content layouts that shine on both mobile and desktop
- Build branded Amazon Stores that feel cohesive and boost conversions
- Work closely with writers and marketers to align visuals with keywords and messaging
- Analyze performance data (CTR, CVR, session info) and make smart design tweaks
- Pitch creative ideas for A/B tests and help drive key marketing KPIs
- Keep image libraries organized for different marketplaces (US, EU, etc.)
- Use AI tools to boost creativity and productivity
- Help coordinate other designers when workloads are high
- Plan or execute product photoshoots when needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central
- Familiarity with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar optimization tools
- Basic knowledge of Amazon SEO and copywriting principles
- Skills in animation or short video creation for Amazon videos or Sponsored Brands
