Join 20four7VA as a Lead Generation & Outreach Virtual Assistant and support outreach efforts to connect with key decision-makers at potential licensing companies. Identify and contact relevant companies, manage outreach via cold calls and emails, and organize leads using Google Drive. You will research and locate key decision-makers, perform cold outreach using provided scripts, and track and manage leads. The role requires experience in lead generation, outreach, or sales, strong communication skills, comfort with cold calling, and high organization. This is a junior-level position requiring a minimum of 10 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 2-4 PM CST. Requirements
- Experience with lead generation, outreach, or sales
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Highly organized and self-motivated
- Ability to conduct manual and organic lead research
- Google Drive - Sheets and Docs
Responsibilities
- Identify potential companies for product licensing opportunities
- Research and locate key decision-makers (product development, marketing, innovation leads, etc.)
- Perform cold outreach via phone and email using provided scripts
- Track and manage leads using Google Drive
- Assist in organizing outreach efforts and optimizing messaging where needed
- Suggest tools or methods for improving lead tracking and outreach
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with CRM tools a plus (though not currently in use)
