Requirements

  • Proficiency in various sales techniques, including needs-based selling, consultative selling, and solution selling
  • Expertise in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with potential clients and build rapport
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with relevant sales tools and technologies, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and sales automation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator etc
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Bahasa (Native Speaker)
  • English

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through various channels
  • Initiate contact via phone, email, or social media to engage prospects
  • Establish authority with effective and persuasive communication
  • Assess the needs and readiness of potential customers to determine fit
  • Address and overcome potential objections using persuasive language and product knowledge
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Consistently hit or exceed sales quotas month after month, quarter after quarter
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
