Responsibilities include data management and analysis, cold email outreach, CRM and outreach tracking, data enrichment, and automation and optimization. The role requires strong experience in email deliverability, a data-driven approach, and technical proficiency with specified tools.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in data operations, lead generation, and cold email outreach
• Expertise in data extraction, analysis, and email automation platforms
• Experience with lead tracking and CRM integration
• Proven ability to manage email reputation and maximize engagement rates

Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and analyze large data sets to identify potential business owners for outreach
• Build, execute, and optimize cold email campaigns to generate interest in business acquisition opportunities
• Maintain and track responses, engagement, and conversions through Smartlead and CRM tools
• Utilize Invin and Seamless to enhance prospect information, ensuring high-quality targeting
• Implement A/B testing for email copy, track key performance metrics, and optimize outreach strategies
