Summary

Join 20four7VA as a CPT-9251 Lead Generation VA and contribute to a dynamic team. This Advanced-level Business Support VA role requires a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexible hours between 11 am and 6 pm EST, Monday through Saturday. You will conduct online research to identify potential leads, gather and verify contact information, and reach out to prospects via various channels. Responsibilities include qualifying leads, maintaining lead databases, scheduling appointments, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate possesses proven experience in lead generation and B2B sales, strong research and communication skills, and familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a lead generation role
  • Strong research and data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Apollo)
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Must have proven experience with B2B sales
  • Must have proven experience with cold outreaches

Responsibilities

  • Conduct online research to identify potential leads based on target audience criteria
  • Gather and verify contact information for prospects using various tools and databases
  • Reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels
  • Qualify leads by assessing their interest and fit for our products or services
  • Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems with accurate information
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with leads to nurture relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies
  • Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates
  • Assist with email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences
