Summary

Join Gemini, a global crypto and Web3 platform, as our Lead, Lifecycle Marketing! Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or related fields and experience working in email platforms including Braze and Hubspot
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and segmentation
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data in Looker and Mixpanel to inform decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, SMS and push notification marketing, HTML and CSS for email design
  • Deep understanding of crypto and Web3 including current trends, price movements, etc

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies that increase customer engagement, satisfaction, and revenue
  • Execute customer marketing campaigns, specifically for our credit card product, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI
  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to optimize and customize customer journeys
  • Collaborate with Product, Communications, Design, and broader marketing team to support launch of new products and features
  • Develop and maintain a testing and experimentation framework to continuously improve campaign performance and customer experience
  • Tactical execution of re-engagement campaigns including creation of dynamic email templates
  • Track email marketing results, sharing key insights and making recommendations for improvement including variant testing
