This role requires 7+ years of experience in relevant design roles, with an emphasis on brand design, and a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional working experience in relevant design roles, with an emphasis on brand design
  • Ability to translate positioning into cohesive visual narratives that resonate with target audiences and drive recognition. Skilled at evolving brand systems across multiple channels
  • Excel at conceptualizing and executing high-impact campaigns across web, email, social, and paid channels that support both awareness and conversion goals
  • Ability to evaluate competing requests based on business impact, efficiently managing resources while maintaining a proactive, solutions-first approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive as a bridge between teams, ensuring cohesive storytelling while championing the value of design in driving business growth and customer experience
  • Ability to create scalable frameworks for recurring asset development that increase efficiency without sacrificing quality or brand consistency
  • Exceptional curiosity about technology, design, product, and people
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and be excited by the opportunity to validate hypotheses and drive clarity through experimenting and learning from assumptions

Responsibilities

  • Concepting and executing assets across digital, social, email, web, paid media, events, and sales enablement
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsโ€”including marketing, product, and salesโ€”to ensure visual consistency, high-quality storytelling, and a user-centric approach across all touchpoints
  • Leveraging data and feedback to iterate on creative and optimize performance
  • Communicate Superhumanโ€™s brand and product story effectively to our customers (consumer and business)
  • Define and execute a cohesive Superhuman brand language internally and externally
  • Manage relationships with design and marketing vendors and agencies; provide feedback and guidance
  • Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, web experiences, motion graphics projects, advertisements, and social creatives
  • Work with engineering, community, and social marketing teams to ship remarkable quality designs
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to design digital communications across customer touchpoints, and launch announcements that support new products and features
  • Develop process to effectively plan, strategize and support marketing and acquisition goals
  • Partner with the demand generation leader to execute pillar assets and support collateral used to drive prospect leads. This includes ebooks, infographics, custom landing pages, and other high-intent marketing collateral
