Summary
Join Atropos Health as a Lead Product Manager and help execute our technology strategy through product conceptualization, research, and iterative development. You will work with life sciences customers and colleagues to identify solutions to their challenges. This role requires a solutions-oriented and entrepreneurial approach, encompassing in-house product development and influencing processes. You will define and drive product strategy, prioritize initiatives, build prototypes, and develop requirements. The ideal candidate has extensive product management experience in life sciences, a strong understanding of large language models, and a proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, including building products from concept through commercialization
- 2+ years working with life sciences users and stakeholders
- You have experimented with and are opinionated about how large language models and machine learning more broadly can improve the life sciences industry
- You thrive working with uncertainty and ambiguity–you know how to test hypotheses quickly, drive prioritization, and execute on action plans that solve problems from top-level strategic goals down to in-the-weeds operational details
- You’re the type of PM who will roll up your sleeves and do what it takes to make your product and team successful
- You have a track record of leading high-performing teams and shipping successful products from genesis to launch and beyond
Responsibilities
- Define and drive life sciences product strategy and roadmap, partnering with the engineering, data science, product, and clinical teams to gain alignment and drive development
- Be the internal compass to help us evaluate all product initiatives through the lens of answering the question “will this help our life sciences customers?”
- Align priorities against company goals and customer needs, make strategic bets, creatively test hypotheses, and rigorously evaluate outcomes
- Build wireframes and mockups and work with an external design team to turn them into high-fidelity prototype designs
- Develop detailed development requirements. Ensure corresponding essential technical documentation is developed and maintained
- Identify and lead improvements to the team’s innovation and approach, enabling us to scale our team and impact
