  • 7-10 years of product management experience within cloud, SaaS, Conversational AI, ML, or enterprise tools
  • A track record of creating product roadmaps from conception to launch, driving the product vision, defining the GTM strategy, and leading design discussions
  • Experience managing day-to-day technical and design direction for large scale systems
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, and GTM
  • Ability to influence multiple stakeholders, achieve strategic goals and evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end success of our products from idea, planning, buildout and launch
  • Talk with customers, sales, and support to understand their needs and and ensure our products are meeting them
  • Create the product roadmap and work directly with teams across the company to keep iterating and moving the project forward
  • Collaborate with design and engineering to build great product that solves complex problems
  • Lead product launches partnering with sales and marketing
  • Identify and track key success metrics for your features and iterate on the data
