Lead Product Manager

Summary

Join Stripe as the product lead for the Money Movement and Storage platform, defining long-term strategy and roadmap for growing Stripe's Global Payments and Treasury Network. You will lead a team of product managers across multiple geographies, driving technical strategy and owning one of the company's largest P&Ls.

Requirements

• You have 10+ years of experience in a product role and / or finance role, leading and scaling products with significant strategic scope and complexity
• Background in finance, fintech, or global payments
• Experience leading products that require coordination of many stakeholders and cross functional teams
• Experience developing a multi-year vision, strategy and roadmap for large scale products
• Experience hiring, managing, and building high performing customer-focused Product Management teams in multiple continents
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems

Responsibilities

• Deeply understand the ways that businesses around the world operate and identify fund flows and money management capabilities they need to grow faster
• Define the product strategy and roadmap for enabling these businesses to expand worldwide
• Drive the technical strategy for building out internal systems that allow us to open up more global money management capabilities to businesses
• Own and grow one of the company’s largest P&Ls
