Summary

Join PSI, a leading Contract Research Organization, as a Lead Project Manager. This dual-role position involves managing small to medium-sized clinical research projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while adhering to quality standards. You will also co-manage complex international projects and contribute to departmental tasks. Responsibilities include project team leadership, training junior staff, participating in feasibility research, and assisting in business development. The ideal candidate possesses at least 5 years of clinical research experience and 2 years of project management experience. Experience in Oncology and/or Radiopharm studies is preferred. Requirements

  • At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research
  • At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure

Responsibilities

  • Manage small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
  • Perform the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget
  • Adhere to and promote principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers
  • Lead project teams
  • Train, mentor and coach study team members
  • Participate in feasibility research
  • Assist in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like
  • Implement company standard practices and comply with intradepartmental procedures

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Oncology and/or Radiopharm studies
