Summary
The job is a Sales Operations role at StackAdapt, a remote first advertising platform. The employee will drive revenue strategy and operations for the largest sales segment, develop scalable processes, conduct analysis, and optimize GTM strategy. The ideal candidate should have 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Business Planning, particularly within media or consumption-based business models.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in a Sales Operations / Business Planning
- Proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations in Media or Consumption based business model
- Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
- Solid understanding of CRM systems and analytics around sales pipeline modeling. Familiarity with salesforce.com
- Strong interpersonal skills, deep intellectual curiosity, the ability to communicate structured thinking effectively
- An ability to dive into details, but also step back and reframe a problem more strategically
Responsibilities
- Drive sales strategy, analytics, and programs that impact the core sales segment
- Drive detailed analysis and synthesize your findings into executive level communications
- Define and drive strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance
- Develop and action productivity and performance reporting of sales management and individuals
- Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation and prioritization, and lead all aspects of win/loss analysis and other predictive analytics
- Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
- Drive operating metrics, organizational design, quota planning, forecasting as well as revenue modeling and the daily execution of the sales operating plan
- Establish highly repeatable (and scalable) sales processes, automation and reporting methodology that can be implemented across regions
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
