Summary

The Lead, Marketing Operations Manager will manage marketing operations processes at Tapcheck to drive revenue growth and efficiency. The role requires 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field, preferably in a scale-up/hyper growth environment
  • Experience with Salesforce and customizing Salesforce to align with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success processes
  • Experience working at an early stage start up or an organization experiencing hypergrowth
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and integrating it with various systems
  • Experience with managing Outreach or similar Sales Engagement software

Responsibilities

  • Drive marketing strategy and planning by helping develop key marketing team objectives and their measurement
  • Own all administration, enablement, and optimization of new and existing marketing platforms and tools
  • Prioritize internal system requests/issues and actioning promptly, based on business need
  • Oversee and optimize all marketing operations processes, including lead and account generation, campaign management, marketing automation, and attribution
  • Develop and implement strategies to track revenue growth through effective marketing initiatives and improve overall business performance
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, channel sales, and customer success teams to align marketing and revenue goals and drive collaboration
  • Analyze marketing and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Implement and maintain marketing operations systems and tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement scalable marketing processes and policies
