Summary
Join Cyara's Talent Acquisition team as a Lead Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring initiatives for high-impact roles. You will build a strong talent pipeline, deliver an exceptional candidate experience, and partner with hiring managers to attract and retain top talent. This role requires expertise in labor markets, industry trends, and full-cycle recruitment. You will collaborate with various teams, conduct interviews, analyze recruiting metrics, and manage special hiring initiatives. Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a lead recruiting role
- Proven experience hiring for technical and leadership roles in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proficient in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and advanced functions, to analyze recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring trends
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment, sourcing techniques, and candidate engagement strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust with stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a passion for delivering results
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing extensions)
- Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing recruitment metrics to drive improvements
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a remote setup
- Natural player-coach qualitiesโable to execute while mentoring others
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically โ you know how to build the engine and also run it
Responsibilities
- Champion a world-class candidate experience and promote Cyaraโs employer brand throughout
- Act as subject matter expert on labor markets, industry trends, and associated research methodologies
- Anticipate business needs and proactively deliver insights that help the Talent organization react to changing market trends
- Collaborate with Finance on budgeting and headcount planning
- Own end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles across technical, sales, and corporate functions, leveraging multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, job boards, etc.)
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs and develop tailored and proactive recruiting strategies
- Develop deep understanding of business structures, ideal candidate profiles, and market trends to guide strategic hiring decisions
- Conduct interviews, administer assessments, and coordinate panels to identify top candidates and deliver actionable feedback to hiring teams
- Ensure timely feedback loops and clear communication across all stages of the hiring process
- Analyze and report on strategic recruiting metrics, delivering data-driven insights and dashboards to senior leadership and the board
- Manage and support special hiring initiatives such as university recruiting, intern programs, and employer branding efforts
- Uphold compliance with recruitment policies, DEIB standards, and hiring best practices
