Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program specific to Human Resources like a Master of Science in Human Resource Management (MSHRM) or MBA with a focus on HR
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and strong accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute in a team environment ultimately driving success within Human Resource efforts
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Proficient communication in English (both verbal and written) is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills

Responsibilities

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Manage applicant tracking systems and ensure a seamless candidate experience
