Lead Unity Developer

Summary

Join ZeptoLab as a Lead Unity Developer and lead the development of a new, unannounced mobile game project from its early stages. You will ensure high technical quality and timely delivery, fostering open communication within the team. This remote position, operating within the CET time zone, requires a minimum of 5 years of Unity and C# experience in mobile game development. You will participate in company Game Jams and knowledge sharing, upholding high coding standards. ZeptoLab offers a collaborative environment and values diversity and inclusion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Unity and C#
• Professional experience developing mobile games
• Understanding of performance and profiling
• Understanding of data structures and algorithms complexity
• Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Collaborative mindset and great communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Lead development of a new project from an early stage
• Make sure of the high technical quality of the project and timely delivery of the team
• Drive healthy and open communication in the project team
• Participate in company Game Jams and internal knowledge sharing
• Make sure our code meets the high standards
