Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including leadership training
- 2+ years of experience managing or coaching others
- Strong facilitation skills, including virtual instructor-led training
Responsibilities
- Facilitate leadership training programs to strengthen managerial skills and leadership capacity
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend innovative learning solutions
- Develop engaging training content, including virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, and job aids
- Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
- Implement and oversee coaching initiatives to support professional growth and team development
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
- Maintain high standards for instructional design, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and tools such as Adobe InDesign or Articulate Storyline preferred
- Enthusiasm for fostering leadership and career growth
- Creativity and attention to detail in designing learning experiences
- Strong communication and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
- Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
