This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in learning and development (including leadership training), and 2+ years managing or coaching. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including leadership training
  • 2+ years of experience managing or coaching others
  • Strong facilitation skills, including virtual instructor-led training

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate leadership training programs to strengthen managerial skills and leadership capacity
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend innovative learning solutions
  • Develop engaging training content, including virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, and job aids
  • Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
  • Implement and oversee coaching initiatives to support professional growth and team development
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
  • Maintain high standards for instructional design, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree or certifications
  • Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and tools such as Adobe InDesign or Articulate Storyline
  • Enthusiasm for fostering leadership and career growth
  • Creativity and attention to detail in designing learning experiences
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A commitment to inclusivity, collaboration, and promoting a positive learning culture
