Summary

You will facilitate leadership training, collaborate on identifying training needs, develop engaging training content, execute learning initiatives, implement coaching initiatives, monitor training effectiveness, stay informed on industry trends, and maintain high instructional design standards. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in learning and development (including leadership training), and 2+ years managing or coaching. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, including leadership training
• 2+ years of experience managing or coaching others
• Strong facilitation skills, including virtual instructor-led training

Responsibilities

• Facilitate leadership training programs to strengthen managerial skills and leadership capacity
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and recommend innovative learning solutions
• Develop engaging training content, including virtual instructor-led sessions, eLearning courses, and job aids
• Execute learning initiatives aligned with business goals, ensuring seamless delivery and execution
• Implement and oversee coaching initiatives to support professional growth and team development
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
• Stay informed about new trends and technologies in learning and development to enhance training experiences
• Maintain high standards for instructional design, ensuring consistency and quality across all programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or certifications
• Proficiency in instructional design frameworks like ADDIE and tools such as Adobe InDesign or Articulate Storyline
• Enthusiasm for fostering leadership and career growth
• Creativity and attention to detail in designing learning experiences
• Strong communication and facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings
