Summary
Join TechnologyAdvice's Learning & Development team as a Coordinator! Maintain and develop engaging training content and tools, leveraging various learning methods (video, audio, written). You will conduct training programs, coordinate schedules, and analyze data to improve effectiveness. Partner with stakeholders to identify skill gaps and measure training ROI. This role requires 1+ years of experience in corporate training or a similar field, excellent communication, and proficiency in Google Workspace and LMS. Requirements
- 1+ years experience in corporate training, learning & development, HR or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information, see patterns, and communicate impact/action needed
- Demonstrated experience in training design and development
- Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in Google for Work
- Experience working in Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire in an employer approved US state and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company
Responsibilities
- Maintain L&D platforms, managing user and training records
- Design and develop training collateral utilizing a variety of learning methods such as video, audio, and written training
- Conduct training programs through live and on-demand formats
- Coordinate training schedules and create a training framework for varying courses
- Communicate scheduled training and progress to employees and managers
- Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPIs
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify skill or knowledge gaps
- Analyze learner data to identify trends
- Measure training effectiveness and ROI and plan action according
- Create visual dashboards and reports for stakeholders
- Maintain and audit training collateral to ensure compliance and alignment with current expectations
- Stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques
