Summary

The job involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for enhancing the skills of the sales team and improving business communication across all levels at Plantix, a digital ecosystem connecting farmers, local retailers, and agri-input producers. The role requires a candidate with proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or similar role, focusing on sales training and business communication.

Requirements

• Any Graduate with minimum 3 years of work experience
• Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer or similar role, with a focus on sales training and business communication
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, sales methodologies, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners
• Solid understanding of adult learning principles and training evaluation methods
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs focused on sales techniques, sales processes, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems tailored to the needs of our sales team
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for sales professionals, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to continuously improve training programs
• Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions to address gaps
• Develop and deliver business communication training programs covering effective communication skills, presentation skills, negotiation techniques, and interpersonal skills
• Facilitate training sessions for all employees on business communication topics to ensure consistent and effective communication across departments
