Learning Consultant

Summary

Join DyFlex, a leading SAP Platinum Partner, as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant specializing in Learning and the LMS module. This customer-facing role offers opportunities for skill development in the latest HCM technology and can be based in an Australian office or remotely. We are seeking a senior consultant for a contract role to lead implementations or a permanent employee to grow their capabilities. The role involves end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations, managing project delivery, and working closely with clients. Visa sponsorship is not available; applicants must have Australian work entitlements.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in IT or HR
• A minimum of seven years of experience consulting in SAP SuccessFactors
• Experience in at least three implementations in LMS
• Ability to manage own workload independently in a dynamic environment
• Excellent English communication and consulting skills
• Applicants should clearly express their work entitlements in Australia

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and deliver quality solutions aligned with business requirements of our customers
• Manage implementation and ensure successful delivery from design through to UAT, cut-over, go-live and handover to support
• In-depth Expertise in the Learning Management System Module
• Work closely with customers to define requirements, develop strategies, and implement solution
• Provide expert guidance on best practices, ensuring seamless integrations and efficient configurations
• Work in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with some required on-site presence for key customer meetings and project milestones

Preferred Qualifications

• Ideally, relevant and current SAP certification(s) in SAP Learning Management
• Experience in the energy and natural resources industry to understand respective learning systems and requirements
• Ideally, experience in a consulting practice environment
