Summary
Join Jamf as a Learning Experience Designer 1, Customer Education and collaborate with the Customer Education team to design, build, and maintain engaging learning experiences for Jamf customers. You will develop and maintain learning experiences across various training formats, manage projects using various tools, and communicate with colleagues and stakeholders. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of technical understanding of Apple operating systems and 1 year of experience in teaching, instructional design, video production, and screen recording. Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years technical understanding of macOS, iOS, iPadOS, and tvOS
- Minimum of 1 year technical use of Jamfβs product portfolio β Now, Pro, School, Connect, or Protect
- Minimum of 1 year of teaching, instructional design, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 1 year of video production and/or audio engineering
- Minimum of 1 year of screen capture, screen recording, or Keynote creation
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain learning experiences for instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and/or online training formats to support customer training. This includes, but is not limited to, written materials, videos, audio recording, exams, resources, and simulations
- Organize time, projects, and meetings with tools like Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, and Microsoft 365 to ensure content is delivered efficiently
- Upload, organize, and maintain files with a content management system, learning management system, Dropbox, YouTube, and Wistia
- Communicate proactively with CE colleagues, Jamf stakeholders, and customers to evaluate and work toward key performance indicators
- Review, test, and analyze Jamf and Apple beta releases to gauge their impact on CE learning experiences
- Provide constructive feedback to other content creators to ensure quality, a unified voice, and consistent outcomes
- Occasionally lead or assist with customer training to evaluate new content and improve the overall experience for customers
- Adjust and organize workload as necessary to meet timelines and Jamf initiatives
- Perform all job responsibilities in alignment with the core values, mission, and purpose of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year creating content in an LMS or CMS
- Minimum of 2 years working on a team providing customer training or support
- Jamf Certified Associate, Tech, or Admin
