Requirements

- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with senior legal assistants and attorneys by following instructions
- Capability to constantly analyze case strategies and perform research for optimal outcomes
- Excellent prioritization skills while adhering to deadlines
- Ability to work independently on multiple projects with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain a tidy workspace
- Proficiency in proofreading legal documents and ensuring accuracy
- Concise and eloquent writing skills
Responsibilities
- Manage a substantial caseload efficiently
- Communicate promptly and professionally with clients
- Prepare immigration and other legal forms if necessary
- Adhere to instructions and policies to ensure the firm's and client's well-being
- Assist attorneys with various tasks, including legal memo writing and legal research
- Work at a fast pace while maintaining attention to detail
