Legal Intern

Summary

Join Airbnb's 2025 Summer Legal Internship Program (May 19 - August 8, 2025)! This program offers first-year law students a chance to contribute to challenging projects within a supportive and innovative legal team. Interns will gain practical experience across various legal functions, including Intellectual Property, Corporate, and more. The internship is US-remote eligible, with occasional office work possible. Successful candidates will possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with a passion for Airbnb's mission. Requirements

• Be a first-year law student (Juris Doctorate) enrolled full-time at a nationally-accredited law school
• Possess a strong interest in learning about in-house legal practice and about multiple practice areas
• Have great verbal and written communication skills and interest in honing new communication skills
• Be detail-oriented and organized
• Be adaptable and able to adjust plans and manage changes effectively
• Have strong interpersonal skills and interest in initiating and building relationships and collaborating with teams within and outside of Legal
• Possess a passion for the Airbnb mission
• Have work authorization for employment in the United States (CPT/OPT is accepted)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to achieve project milestones
• Complete projects crossing different areas of law, balancing priorities and deadlines
• Communicate with the legal team and other stakeholders to provide project updates and share your work
• Proactively seek and provide feedback throughout the internship
• Actively participate in and contribute to the legal and broader Airbnb community

Preferred Qualifications
