Requirements
- 4+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Legal industry experience required
- Highly persuasive verbal communication skills, and excellent written communication skills
- Poise, confidence, and maturity to interact and build relationships with candidates; strong interpersonal skills are essential
- Innate ability to build relationships with sophisticated candidates as well as internal stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and a tremendous amount of initiative, multi-tasking, and organizational abilities
- Superb time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Genuine interest in the Axiom model and our place in the changing legal landscape
- Bachelorโs degree from an accredited school
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Execute against our North America Talent Acquisition strategy, including identification, assessment, and attraction of top-tier legal talent through traditional and creative recruitment channels
- Serve as the primary point of contact for lawyers and legal professional candidates; manage individuals through full cycle recruiting while ensuring a positive, informative, and efficient candidate experience
- Assist others on the team to advise key company stakeholders and leaders across North America on industry talent trends, candidate pipeline updates, and recruitment activity levels
- Assist the leaders of the function to develop customized and strategic recruitment plans to attract lawyers and legal support professionals to work with our highly innovative and impressive list of clients
- Build and maintain a robust network of legal talent and consistently act as a strong promoter of our brand. Stay current on recruiting issues and trends in the legal industry to inform ongoing recruitment strategy
