Talent Acquisition Program Manager

Summary

Join YUPRO Placement as a Talent Acquisition Program Manager for a 6-month contract (with potential extension) to build and execute high-impact recruiting programs. Requirements

• Strong project management skills with an eye for process improvement
• Familiarity with talent acquisition compliance topics (EEO, ADA, GDPR, etc.)
• Ability to audit, analyze, and report on recruitment-related data
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Legal, HR, and Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance initiatives, ensuring hiring practices align with legal standards (EEO, ADA, GDPR)
• Develop and implement scalable processes to reduce compliance risk in recruitment
• Partner with HR Compliance and Legal teams to deliver ongoing guidance to recruiters and hiring managers
• Coordinate training tools, materials, meetings, and communications across the TA team
• Evaluate program effectiveness using data and provide actionable insights for improvement
