Requirements

• Previous expert networking or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Own the full client project lifecycle, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and meet client expectations
• Identify, recruit, vet, and present industry experts to match the specific needs of client requests, utilizing your research abilities and advanced understanding of industry trends and client strategies
• Build, maintain, and own strong relationships with clients by providing proactive insights and regular updates to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
• Take ownership of client communications with urgency to foster transparency and address concerns effectively
• Ensure the quality of expert matches for client requests, applying best practices and analytical methods to assess compatibility and relevance
• Uphold and advocate for compliance standards across various industry sectors to maintain the integrity of all client engagements
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, contributing to your own growth and that of your team members
• Use your networking and communication skills, effectively engaging with top professionals across diverse industries
• Apply advanced research techniques to support informed decision-making, identify potential project angles, and present suitable experts to clients for a range of projects
