Requirements

  • Marketing background: A degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in building drag-and-drop email templates
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
  • Experience with A/B testing
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Constant Contact, Mailchimp, Slack, ClickUp, or Intercom (or similar alternatives)
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional ability to proofread emails and ensure flawless content
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to thrive in a virtual team environment
  • Strong English proficiency (C2 level or higher)
  • Strong work ethic with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable high-speed Wi-Fi and a personal laptop

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic email marketing campaigns
  • Create and manage visually appealing email templates using the company's email platform's drag-and-drop editor
  • Set up and optimize automated email flows, campaigns, and track links
  • Monitor and manage the company's email inbox, responding to inquiries and forwarding emails to relevant teams
  • Analyze key email marketing metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.)
  • Conduct A/B testing and interpret data to identify areas for improvement
  • Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights based on email performance data
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and brand-aligned email content
  • Ensure all email content is error-free and adheres to brand guidelines
  • Optimize email design for optimal viewing on both mobile and desktop devices, including dark mode compatibility
  • Manage and maintain the company's customer database and other spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and up-to-dateness
  • Attend client meetings, take comprehensive notes, and effectively communicate key information to other team members
  • Utilize project management software like ClickUp to stay organized and on track
